Client Responsibilities
By working with Roots and Revenue, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information needed to perform bookkeeping tasks

Supply documents and records in a timely manner

Review reports, statements, or deliverables for accuracy

Notify us of any errors or changes in your business information

We are not responsible for inaccuracies that arise from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.
Payments and Billing
Payment terms will be stated in your service agreement or invoice. By engaging our services, you agree to pay fees as outlined.

Customized packages and Toolbox Additions may be billed separately.
